Joni's escrow experience dates back to the first day following her graduation from school when she went to work for Stewart Title. Two weeks into her employment upper management asked if she had any interest in joining the commercial escrow division. She accepted the position and never looked back.
Over the years Joni has become the complete escrow officer capable of nearly every kind of transaction including 1031 exchanges, refinances, commercial transactions, new construction, multi-family transactions and, of course, residential.
Clients have come to depend on Joni for consistency, knowledge and thorough service. Joni's has earned both manager and officer of the year awards multiple times. Joni has a great sense of humor and brings high energy and enthusiasm to the workplace each day.
