MY OBJECTIVE - To become a part of your team. With 34 years of experience handling every type of escrow
transaction, together with my knowledge of the title industry, I am a valuable tool. Do you wish you could find

I was Mohave County Manager of Transamerica Title in Lake Havasu City, Arizona for 20 years. By managing both
title and escrow operations I have gained knowledge that can help create a smooth transaction with even the most difficult
circumstances. I handle commercial, residential, business only sales, REO and auction transactions. I began my career at
Rex L. Hodges Realty and Queen City Escrow in Fountain Valley, CA in 1974.
One reason you may not know me yet is that I was on a seasonal sabbatical for 4 years. My husband and I bought a sail
boat and lived our dream of sailing the world. We spent 8 months each year on the water from the English Channel to the
Caribbean, then back in the States working escrow and keeping up with the industry. It was a wonderful learning experience!
As you can see, I can become an important member of your team. As our transactions become more and more creative in this
market, it takes the experience of a knowledgeable and helpful escrow officer to keep closings running smoothly and efficiently.
